No Lash Experience? No Problem!
Licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists are encouraged to apply—even if you've never applied eyelash extensions before. We provide one of the beauty industry's most comprehensive Stylist Training Programs and will teach you everything you need to become a successful Lash Stylist.

We're currently hiring for the following positions:
Guest Services Associate (Front Desk)
Compensation: $17–$24 per hour (Hourly Rate + Membership & Retail Commissions)
OR
Licensed Lash Stylist (Esthetician or Cosmetologist)
Compensation: $40,000–$90,000+ annually (Hourly Rate + Commissions + Tips)
Guest Services Associate
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every guest from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Answer phones, text messages, and emails professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage salon flow.
- Educate guests on our services, memberships, and retail products.
- Achieve membership and retail sales goals.
- Assist with salon operations, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Help create a fun, positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, or retail sales experience preferred.
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable discussing memberships and retail recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work some evenings and weekends.
- MindBody experience is a plus, but not required.
Licensed Lash Stylist
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension services.
- Perform Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations, Threading, Tinting, and additional services (training provided where applicable).
- Educate guests on proper aftercare and recommend retail products.
- Build lasting relationships with guests through exceptional service.
- Promote memberships and retail products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Deliver a luxury guest experience during every appointment.
Qualifications
- Active Esthetics or Cosmetology License.
- Lash extension experience is preferred, but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Currently enrolled in Esthetics or Cosmetology school? Ask us about our Stylist Training Program.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Available to work some evenings and weekends.
